I have a pretty regular yoga practice, and picked up some warmup moves from Pilates somewhere along the way which involve ankle rotations among other things, but I was astounded by how much this seemingly simple movement made me 'feel' the whole continuous muscle network (floabw) from my foot right up to my glutes in a way that I hadn't for a long time. And I seem to now be able to target and flex same at will and it's feeling great. So thank you!
